Miles has a wealth of experience in the private rented sector and within the blue-chip corporate world. Miles set up Glenham Property in 2010 Glenham as been running the business since then. Prior to setting up Glenham Miles was Managing Director of Scotland’s largest letting advertising portal and has managed the development of an online landlord and letting agent credit checking and referencing platform. Miles has also been a private landlord and carried out many property developments over the years.
With a management background in both Corporate and large private companies and strong focus on customer service he has strived to bring this ethos and commitment to customer service to Glenham always looking to provide the highest levels of service to both landlords and tenants.
Amanda is involved in the day to day running of the business and the company accounts ensuring all the affairs of the business are kept in good order.
Charlie has worked in the property industry for more than 20 years. Starting out as a Lettings Negotiator he worked his way up through Property Management roles, Project Development Manager and finally Lettings Manager and ran a number agencies. In that time, he has built up an intimate knowledge of the market in Edinburgh and across central Scotland. He has been involved in residential property investment from the start of his career and was instrumental in setting up one of the first investment sourcing services for investor clients when Buy to Let first appeared on the scene.
He is a landlord himself with a portfolio of properties in Edinburgh and central Scotland and as such understands the needs of landlords and potential investors.
Natasha started her property management career back in 1997 working for one of the largest letting agencies in the UK where she achieved her ARLA qualification. She then moved on to another large Edinburgh property management company and continued to gain extensive experience in the industry. Natasha joined Glenham in 2012 she is continually updating her knowledge base by attending regular industry workshops and training courses and now oversees the day to day running of the portfolio and Property Management team.
Erin joined us from Australia as a property manager and is a dedicated Property Manager with her own portfolio of clients.
Erin has spent over 6 years working in all aspects of Property Management with her last role as a senior property manager and is a valuable member of our team.
Natasha has gained a wealth of customer facing experience through working for many years in front of house hospitality positions. She joined the team in May 2015 and until recently was our receptionist and administrator. She has recently been promoted into the role of Property Manager and is looking forward to bringing her experience in customer service to the role.
Spanish born Elena has joined the team as our Receptionist Administrator. Immediately prior to joining us, Elena was the hotel receptionist at the the Balmoral Hotel where she focused on the highest levels of customer service. Previous to this, Elena worked as a translator in her native Spain then moved to the Czech Republic where she had a role as an IT specialist. Returning to Spain, Elena worked in HR support before moving to Edinburgh earlier this year.
