Yes, you can switch letting agencies at any time and not just when a tenancy comes to an end.

The tenancy agreement is between the landlord and the tenant, so there is no contract between the tenant and the agent, leaving you free to switch. You will of course need to read the termination clause that is in your management company’s contract, but most agreements provide an exit which is not too onerous.

Even if you are tied into an agreement, most agents will allow an exit should the relationship have broken down. You also have the right to terminate if you feel that the agent is in breach of the management agreement.

It’s very simple. Once you have given notice to your current agent to leave (based on the current terms of exit), just let us know, and we will deal with your agent and have everything transferred across.
