- Survey Reveals UK Towns And Cities With Biggest Rent Rises In 2015
A survey carried out by Insurance company Homelet has revealed that the UK’s biggest rent rises in 2015 were in Brighton, Bristol, Edinburgh and Newcastle beating all other UK cities and towns.
Rents were up 16% in Edinburgh and Newcastle and 18% in Brighton and Bristol.
The average monthly rent outside London now sits and £739.
